my 10k!
suprisingly enough i signed up for a 10k without my sister. haha went to the expo and got up early bought my gatorade and got to the starting line all by myself. and i ran it with jared and his family. and this race was to celebrate july 24th and the pioneers arriving in salt lake. and wow the next couple days i was sore because i didnt train for it at all. ya im smart. my time was 1 hour and 2 minutes. :)

so you'll need to take me running with you in SL when i come next thursday. training for a marathon, you know! cannot wait to see you, tan girl. ugh, i am withering away under the florescent office lights. love you.
